About Jessica

I am a qualified Physiotherapist, HCPC and CSP registered with experience working in the NHS, private sector and sports.

I became a Physiotherapist to help people at all stages of life to live well. I believe in building confidence in patients to enable them to put themselves into the best healing position they can. I aim to achieve their individual rehabilitation goals at a pace that is right for their body. I enjoy keeping healthy and fit and hope my clients do too. I believe in working together with my client to get the best results.

What I offer

  • Physiotherapy – I am first and foremost a musculoskeletal physio so can assess and treat ‘regular discomforts’, joint pains, post op and orthopaedics patients, pre and post-natal ladies and any type of sports injuries.

  • Acupuncture – I am trained in Western Medical Acupuncture through the AACP, and have taken additional courses in Headaches and Migraines, Upper body conditions, Auricular (ear) points, Women’s Health and Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture.

  • Pilates – I am trained in mat work with much experience both before I was a physiotherapist and since. I have taught classes at all levels from sports teams and academies to individual rehab clients. I have also taken additional courses in pre and post-natal Pilates and standing Pilates.
